Terms & Conditions for Online Orders
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Pre-Order Acknowledgment
All orders are placed as pre-orders. This means you will not see or select the individual photo(s) prior to purchasing.
I carefully select the best images from photo day to represent each athlete and/or team. My goal is to ensure each order includes a high-quality image that captures the spirit of the sport and the personality of the individual.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are permitted once your order is placed.
Please double-check your order before submitting. If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact me immediately at mwalkowskiphoto@outlook.com or 715-218-0636.
3. Payment
Payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
If your payment is declined or returned (e.g., NSF check), additional fees may apply.
4. Turnaround Time
Most products are delivered within 3–5 weeks after order is received. These images will be given to the league to be handed out. Images will not be shipped to you.
Delays can occur due to high volume or production backlogs, but I will always do my best to keep you updated.
5. Image Use
By ordering, you acknowledge that the photos may be used by Walkowski Photography for marketing or portfolio purposes. If you have concerns about this, please contact me directly.
